In this module you will learn how System Center 2012 Service Pack 1 (SP1) has been enhanced to support Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012 through simplified monitoring and operating of the service delivery and automation layers. You will see how integration has provided end-to-end visibility for all types of IT service management needs.

Next you will learn about service-level agreements, release management, change management, incident management, as well as both reactive and proactive operations. After this will you see the new and improved reporting features such as chargeback, the System Center data warehouse, Excel BI and dashboards, and dashboards in SharePoint. Finally you will learn about integration across the infrastructure, including Integration Packs for automation within the private cloud and across clouds.
