SCSM 2012 Portal & SharePoint Integration
The upcoming version of Service Manager 2012 will deliver standardized, compliant, and automated IT as a Service. Different new functionality like the new self-service portal, Release Management and the enhanced reporting functionality are already announced. This session will focus on the new Silverlight based SharePoint self-service portal, service catalog & service requests. How do you prepare your Service Manager environment for the self-service portal and how you can bring this information in the portal are questions that should be answered after attending this session. The session will be nearly all demos, we start with the scenario and run through the configuration of the Service Manager environment.
