Speaker: Kurt Van Hoecke (SCSM Expert)

Kurt is working more or less 15 years in the ICT environment. Started as a support engineer and progressed to a consultant profile. He created his own company 5 years ago and from then on he's working as a freelance consultant on different projects. His focus is on the Microsoft System Center products; SCCM, SCOM and now heavily working with Service Manager. Findings and procedures he has worked out are available on the SCUG SCSM blog.
