Symon Perriman Symon Perriman started working in the software industry in 2002 and began working for Microsoft in 2006 for the storage division. In 2007, Symon joined the Clustering and High-Availability team as a Program Manager working on Failover Clustering and Network Load Balancing technologies. As a Program Manager II, Symon now own several areas of clustering focusing on deployment and management, the entire NLB product, and is the community lead and release manager for both technologies.
