What´s new with voice in Lync 2010
Scott Plette works on the Lync client software - specifically the voice functionality that's available. A lot of people didn't realize that phone functionality was available in the previous Office Communicator client, so Scott's team put a lot of effort into bringing the phone and voice functionality to light in the Lync client. In this video, Scott gives me a tour of some of these features, including the ability to make and receive calls, move from an instant message conversation to a voice call, and to a video call, and many of the other features, like call forwarding, that are available.
