spps in xp pro
when a friend tries to run any app in xp pro he gets the follwoing error
entry point not found location\0

at this point all setup apps will stop intheiri tracks and cannot run any ideas
this machien was NOt an upgrade from any other version of windows
we can all laearn together to be better than we are

WMI Control Properties erro

WMI Control Properties gives me an error

Failed to connect to <local computer>
because "Win32: Access is denied"

I am not only setup as a local administrator on this computer, but I am also setup as a domain administrator.  Any ideas?

SP3 for XP Pro Contents
Can anyone tell me with certainty which MS07 updates are included in SP3 for XP Pro?
Although SP3 was released early 2008, development began much earlier in 2007 and I am wondering if all MS07 updates are included in SP3, and if not, what was the last one included?

Printing HTML in Outlook 2003=2 run time script errors ANNOYING!!!!!!
I have a computer in our company that will no longer print HTML from Outlook 2003. There are 2 run time errors that occur. The first one is at line 2067 object required. It asks whether you want to debug or not. We click no then this next one appears, line 1671 object required. Needless to say we can't print anything from Outlook. Trouble removing / deleting a file
Using XPpro (I know, it's old but I can't get the boss to buy a new server system to allow the upgrade, but), somehow a file with invalid characters got put on our FAT32 file sever and will not allow deletion.  It causes other MS software to crash when it comes across this file and just is a problem simply put.  I've tried to move the file, delete the file, sdelete, & even used a few other programs such as XL Delete to try and remove the file but all fail because it can not be read.
