Microsoft-Windows-International-Core

The Microsoft-Windows-International-Core component includes the language and input locale settings for the system and the user.

The settings in this component can be applied only in the specialize and oobeSystem configuration pass. To specify language and locale settings in the windowsPE configuration pass, see Microsoft-Windows-International-Core-WinPE.

InputLocale

Specifies the system input locale and the keyboard layout.

SystemLocale

Specifies the language for non-Unicode programs

UILanguage

Specifies the system default user interface (UI) language.

UILanguageFallback

Specifies the fallback language if the system default UI language is only partially localized.

UserLocale

Specifies the per-user settings used for formatting dates, times, currency and numbers.
