DownloadTo download and extract the files: - Create a folder named SP3 on your local hard disk.
- Download the EX2KSP3_server.exe file from this page into the SP3 folder.
- In My Computer, open the SP3 folder, and then double-click EX2KSP3_server.exe.
- In the Unzip To Folder dialog box, enter the location of the SP3 folder. Click the Unzip button.
- When the self-extraction process is complete, click OK, and then click Close.

QFE RequestsYou can submit Quick Fix Engineering (QFE) requests for Exchange 2000 Server SP3 and Exchange 2000 Server Enterprise Server SP3. Other than for security reasons, QFE requests for SP1 and SP2 are not accepted.
