This section provides reference information for the application deployment command-line tools included with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006. The BTSTask command-line tool is new with this release of BizTalk Server.
The BTSDeploy command-line tool was included with previous releases of BizTalk Server and is deprecated in this release. It is included with BizTalk Server 2006 to support scripts that administrators have developed for previous versions. You should use BTSTask in new scripts, and consider converting your existing scripts to use BTSTask, as BTSDeploy may be removed in subsequent versions of BizTalk Server.
