Windows System Resource Manager Properties

To change management settings, view or edit the lists of programs excluded from management, configure notifications, and set accounting options in Windows System Resource Manager, use the Windows System Resource Manager Properties page.

To open Windows System Resource Manager Properties

  1. Open Windows System Resource Manager.

  2. In the navigation tree, right-click Windows System Resource Manager, and then click Properties.

Tab Details

Management

On the Management tab, you can start or stop management by changing the WSRM management state.

You can also configure basic Windows System Resource Manager options including calendar status, management type, current resource allocation policy, and the calendar default policy.

Exclusion List

Select User-defined or System-defined to view processes that are excluded from management by Windows System Resource Manager.

You can also modify the User-defined exclusion list. For more information, see Work with the User-Defined Exclusion List.

Notification

Configure notification options based on events logged by Windows System Resource Manager. For more information, see Configure Notification Options.

Accounting

Enable or disable logging of job accounting information and configure the logging interval.
