Depreciation profiles (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Fixed assets > Setup > Depreciation > Depreciation profiles.

Use this form to create and modify depreciation profiles. Depreciation profiles contain the calculations that are used to reduce the value of depreciable assets over time.

Depreciable fixed assets can be either tangible or intangible. Some tangible assets, such as stocks and bonds, are not usually considered depreciable. Therefore, these assets are not assigned a value model that has a depreciation profile.
