Premium lines (form) [AX 2012]

Click Human resources > Common > Time and attendance > Approve. Select the date and the approval group to view registrations for, and then click OK. In the upper part of the Approve form, select the registration, and then click Premium lines.

Use this form to create the manual premium lines to pay to a worker. For example, manual premium lines can include mileage. You can attach premium lines to a specific transaction, such as a production job or an indirect activity.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View or enter the type, quantity, price, and transaction ID of the premium paid to the worker.

View or enter details about the premium line.

Premiums

Select the type of manual premium.

Quantity

Enter the number of units to be calculated on the premium.

Price

Enter the unit price for the premium. If the premium type is related to a pay type, the pay type rate is automatically used.

Transaction ID

If relevant, enter the transaction ID of the job that must carry the cost of the premium.

Date

The profile date to which the premium line is linked.

Worker

The identifier of the worker who receives the premium.
