Use this form to view information about completed answer sessions. An answer session is one user’s response to a questionnaire. For more information, see About answer session results, Viewing and evaluating results, and Using questionnaires.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View general information about an answer session.

Description

Conditional answer

Open the Conditional answer form, where you can view a hierarchy of answers to conditional questions for an answer session. For more information, see Conditional answer (form).

Group results

View the result group statistics of completed questionnaires for an individual. For more information, see Group results (form).

Answer

Open the Answer on questionnaire form, where you can view the answers and any points earned for an answer session. For more information, see Answer on questionnaire (form).

Reports

Select from one of the following options:

  • Results report – View a graphical representation of the points earned per result group for the selected answer session.

  • Answer report – View the answers selected by the respondent for each question on the questionnaire.

  • Incorrect answers – View information related to the incorrect answers selected by the respondent.

Note

A results report is available only for questionnaires that include result groups and if you have selected Results page in the Questionnaires form. An Answer report and Incorrect answers report are only available only if you selected Answer report in the Questionnaires form.

Description

Answer

The identification for the answer session.

Questionnaire

The questionnaire associated with the answer session.

Role

The role of the person who responded to the questionnaire. The following list contains the possible options for this field:

  • Self – The respondent completed the questionnaire as self-evaluation.

  • Management – The respondent completed the questionnaire as an evaluation of management personnel.

  • Colleague – The respondent completed the questionnaire as an evaluation of a colleague.

  • Other – The respondent completed the questionnaire as an evaluation of someone other than himself, management, or a colleague.

Person

The name of the respondent for the answer session.

Scheduling

The identification of the scheduling that the answer session was created from.

Evaluation of

The name of the person who was evaluated by the questionnaire.

Discussion

The identification of the discussion that was used to plan the answer session.

Start date/time

The date and time when the user began responding to the questionnaire.

End date/time

The date and time when the user completed the questionnaire.

Correct answers

The number of questions that the respondent answered correctly for the questionnaire associated with the answer session.

Points

The number of points that the respondent earned for completing the questionnaire associated with the answer session.

Percent

The percentage that the respondent achieved for the answer session.

Evaluation

An evaluation of the results for the answer session.

The value of this field depends on your selection in the Evaluation field on the Questionnaires form when you set up the questionnaire.
