Collection and Use of Information for the Microsoft Customer Experience Improvement Program
FIM provides an optional experience for providing feedback to Microsoft for improving the customer experience. Please refer to the Privacy Statement for the Microsoft Customer Experience Improvement Program located here: http://www.microsoft.com/products/ceip/en-us/privacypolicy.mspx.
To participate in this program:
- Select the option to change the installation of the installed product from the Control Panel in windows.
- From the setup wizard, select the Change option to change the installation settings.
- Proceed through the wizard until you arrive at the Customer Experience Improvement Program settings page. Select the Join the Customer Experience Improvement Program option to participate in the program, or select I don't want to join the program at this time to stop participation in the program.
Collection of Personal Data
Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 can be configured to collect personally identifiable data through administrative configuration of the FIM portal. Access to this data is controlled by the customer system administrator using FIM security features. Microsoft is committed to help protect the security of data managed by FIM. FIM uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Windows Communication Foundation

We may occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy statement.
