Editing a License Agreement

After you add Volume Licensing agreements or other software agreements to Windows Intune, you can edit the agreements.
To edit software agreements

Open the Windows Intune administrator console.

In the workspace shortcuts pane, click the Licenses icon.

In the Licenses workspace navigation pane, click All Agreements , or select a license group, and then click the Agreements tab.

In the list of agreements, click the agreement that you want to edit, and then click Edit .

In the Edit Agreement Details area, if you want to specify a new name for the agreement, type the new name in the Agreement name box.
The agreement name can have a maximum of 256 characters, and cannot contain the following characters: ~ ! @ # $ ^ & * ( ) = + [ ] { } \ | ; : ' " < > / " . Spaces are allowed in the name.
Note For a Volume Licensing agreement, the only property that you can update is the agreement name. -
In the Edit Group Membership area on the Edit Agreement page, do one of the following:

To keep the agreement in the current license group, ensure that
Keep the agreement in the <License Group Name> group
is selected.

To add the agreement to a new license group, select
Add the agreement to a new license group
. You are prompted to provide a name for the new license group. For more information about license group names, see Managing License Agreements with License Groups.

To add the agreement to an existing license group, select
Add the agreement to an existing license group
. In the
Group name
list, select the license group to which you want to add the agreements.

To keep the agreement in the current license group, ensure that
Keep the agreement in the <License Group Name> group
is selected.

Click OK .
