Microsoft Virtual Academy: System Center 2012 SP1 Extensibility - Service Manager: Service Catalogs - Part 2 DEMO
In this module you will learn about System Center 2012 SP1 Service Manager (SCSM) extensibility to create custom Service Catalogs. The catalog is used to publish a list of services to end users to empower them to make standardized requests to the IT department. You will see how to create a service request template and offering, then publish it to the service catalog. Additionally you will see how the entire process can be automated by integrating SCSM with System Center 2012 SP1 Orchestrator by using a runbook automation activity.
