Manage Language Packs for Windows

Language packs enable a multilingual Windows environment. Windows is language-neutral, and all language and locale resources are added to Windows with language packs. By adding one or more language packs to a Windows image, you can enable one or more languages in the final Windows operating system. This enables large corporations to deploy the same Windows image to regions with multiple languages and locale settings. OEMs can preinstall and configure language packs to release to specific regions.
