To add a local replica of the SCHEDULE FREE BUSY public folder

  1. On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, click System Manager, and then expand Folders.

    Примечание

If you do not see the SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY public folder, right-click Public Folders, and then click View System Folders.

  3. Expand SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY, right-click the public folder that refers to your administrative group that contains the Exchange server running Calendar Connector (for example, EX:/o=Contoso/ou=First Administrative Group), and then click Properties.

  5. On the Select a Public Store page, select the server running Exchange Server 2003 with Calendar Connector, and then click OK.
