Microsoft 有提供許多工具，可供使用者將 Lotus Domino 目錄資訊遷移至 Active Directory 目錄服務，以及將 Lotus Domino 郵件資料庫遷移至 Microsoft Exchange。

Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 支援從 Lotus Notes 5.x、6.x 及 7.x 遷移。使用者與群組資訊可以遷移至 Active Directory 帳戶與通訊群組清單。使用者的郵件資料庫可以遷移至 Exchange 2007 信箱。
