Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 包含的提醒功能，是一項電子郵件通知服務，可協助使用者追蹤網站的變更。在執行 Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 的伺服器上建立、修改或刪除文件、清單或清單中的項目時，使用者可設定要收到的變更通知提醒。

範例
若要更新特定區域的 Alerttemplates.xml 檔案，請輸入下列語法：
stsadm -o updatealerttemplates -url https://localhost -f C:\Alerttemplates.xml –lcid 1033
注意
任何資料庫中的提醒範本，若不存在於 XML 檔案中，就不會遭到修改。

如果您希望對範本清單所做的變更立即生效，請先執行 updatealerttemplates 作業，再執行 iisreset 命令。
