Duet Enterprise SharePoint 附加元件 與 Duet Enterprise SAP 附加元件，使用 Microsoft Business Connectivity Services 啟用 SharePoint Server 2010 與 SAP 環境之間的通訊。與 SAP 工作流程相關聯的 BDC 模型，包含 SAP 工作流程連線至 SharePoint 解決方案所需的中繼資料。BDC 中繼資料儲存區包含 SAP 系統的相關中繼資料。BDC 中繼資料儲存區目前無法使用。

原因

無法存取應用程式伺服器，或 Business Data Connectivity Service 應用程式已停用或設定錯誤。

解決方法

確認已正確佈建 Business Data Connectivity Service 應用程式

  1. 在管理中心首頁上，按一下 [應用程式管理]。

  2. 在 [應用程式管理] 頁面上，按一下 [服務應用程式] 區段中的 [管理服務應用程式]。

  3. 在 [服務應用程式] 頁面上，尋找 [Business Data Connectivity Service 應用程式]，並在 [狀態] 欄中，確認服務 Proxy 狀態為 [已啟動]。

確認應用程式伺服器可以使用

  1. 在管理中心首頁上，按一下 [系統設定] 區段中的 [管理此伺服器陣列中的伺服器]。

  2. 在 [伺服器陣列中的伺服器] 頁面上，確認在其上執行 Business Data Connectivity Service 之伺服器的狀態為 [無需採取動作]。
