You can use My Computer Information to view detailed information about your computer's hardware and software, examine diagnostic information, or view computer information on another computer.

To use My Computer Information

  1. Open Help and Support Center.

  2. Click Tools.

  3. Click Help and Support Center Tools.

  4. Click My Computer Information.
