To use Downlevel Client Support, add Mqdssvc.exe to the Windows Firewall exceptions list.

For HTTP traffic, add TCP port 80 to the Windows Firewall exceptions list.

For HTTPS traffic, add TCP port 443 to the Windows Firewall exceptions list.
