Cancel a ledger settlement

Use the Ledger settlements form to cancel a ledger settlement.
Click General ledger > Common > Main accounts.
Select a main account. On the Action Pane, click Posted to open the Account number %1 form.
If it is selected, clear the Show open only check box to display all transactions in the form.
Select the transaction to cancel the settlement for.
Click Ledger settlements.
In the Ledger settlements form, select the settlement voucher to cancel, and then click Cancel.
Tip
Click General ledger > Periodic > Ledger settlements. You can use this form to create a new settlement with the transactions that you canceled the ledger settlement for.
