Use this form to view information about absence journals and the registered absence transactions entered for the absence journals.
Navigating the form
The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Overview |
On the Overview tab in the upper pane, view a list of absence journals. On the Overview tab in the lower pane, view a list of absence transactions for the absence journal that you selected in the upper pane. |
General |
View information for the selected absence event. On the General tab in the upper pane, view information about absence journals. On the General tab in the lower pane, view information about the absence transactions for the absence journal that you selected in the upper pane. |

The worker who the absence journal was created for. |

The first date of the absence journal period. |

The last date of the absence journal period. |

The status of the absence journal. |

The worker who transferred the absence journal for approval. |
Transferred date |
The date that the absence journal was transferred for approval. |
Approved by |
The worker who approved the absence journal. |
Approved date |
The date that the absence journal was approved. |
Rejected by |
The worker who rejected the absence journal. |
Rejected date |
The date that the absence journal was rejected. |
Date |
The date of the selected absence transaction. |
Absence code |
The absence code for the absence transaction. The absence code usually implies the reason for the absence. |
Description |
The description of the absence transaction. This is the description that the worker entered when they created the absence registration. |
Hours |
The number of work hours that the worker was absent for the selected absence transaction. |
