Bar codes (setup) (form)

Click Organization administration > Setup > Bar codes.
Use this form to set up bar codes to identify your products. You can set up different types of bar codes. For example, you can set up standard bar code formats such as EAN-13 for retail goods or EAN-8 for small packages.

Minimum length and Maximum length |
Enter the minimum and maximum number of characters allowed for the bar code. For example, a bar code of the type EAN-8 always contains eight characters when it is printed. Therefore, for an EAN-8 bar code, the minimum length and the maximum length are both eight. For a bar code that contains a fixed string of five characters plus a number from 1 to 100, the minimum length is six and the maximum length is eight. |
