Areas of responsibility (form)

Click Human resources > Setup > Organization > Areas of responsibility.
Use this form to define the general areas of responsibility within a company. Areas of responsibility are the work roles, processes, products, and actions a worker is responsible for in a job.
For example, a project manager's responsibilities might be managing client projects and development projects.
You can add areas of responsibility to jobs. A position, which is created for a job, inherits the areas of responsibility from the job. A worker assigned to a position will also inherit areas of responsibility from the position.
Note
You cannot delete areas of responsibility that have been added to jobs.
