Absence status columns (form)

Click Human resources > Setup > Absence > Absence status. Click Columns.

Use this form to define the columns to include in the Absence status report for the list that you selected in the Absence status form.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Column

Enter a number to define the order in which the column is displayed on the report.

Name

Enter the name of the column.

Absence group

Select the absence group that contains the absence codes to include in the calculated results for the column.

For example, to display the number of times a worker was absent because of illness for 1 to 3 days during a single period in the column, select the absence group that includes absence codes for illnesses.

Print

Select this check box to include the selected column when the report is printed.

From

Enter the low value for your interval.

For example, to display the number of times that a worker was absent for 1 to 3 days during a period in the column, enter 1 in this field.

To

Enter the high value of the interval for the column.

For example, to display the number of times that a worker was absent for 1 to 3 days during a period in the column, enter 3 in this field.
