(BEL) Additional sales tax report boxes (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click General ledger > Periodic > Sales tax payments > Belgium > Additional sales tax report boxes.

Use this form to enter sales tax reporting information that is not calculated otherwise. You can modify the amounts for fields 61, 62, and 91 on the sales tax report.

If fields 61 and 62 are filled in on the report from the tax authorities in advance, the amounts that are manually entered are added to, or subtracted from, the report amounts.

Note

(BEL) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Belgium.

Create a set of report fields for the settlement period.

Tax corrections

Open the following menu items:

  • Adjustments – Open the Adjustments form.

  • Print – Print the tax corrections.

Fields

Field

Description

Settlement period

The settlement period for the tax reporting.

From date

The starting date of the settlement period.

To date

The ending date of the settlement period.

Date

The date that the VAT is settled.

Voucher

The voucher number in the ledger. This field is filled in automatically.

Requests repayment of sales tax reclaimed

Select this check box to request the repayment of any reclaimed sales tax.

Order deposit form

Select this check box to order deposit forms for tax reporting purposes.

Disbursement

Enter a request for a tax reimbursement.

Nil annual listing

Select this check box to indicate that there are no transactions to report and that the company has no obligations to the Belgian government to declare the annual sales from the previous year.
