Create adjustment transactions (class form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > All projects. On the Action Pane, on the Maintain tab, in the Process group, click New adjustment, and then click Select.

Click Project management and accounting > Periodic > Transactions > Adjust transactions. Click Select.
Use this form to select transactions that you want to adjust. You can further filter the records by defining a time interval.
Note
When you open this form from a particular project, the project is automatically inserted as selection criteria.

Include transaction types |
Select the check boxes for the transaction types that you want to adjust transactions for, such as Hour or Expense. |
From date and To date |
Select project dates to define the period within which transactions must fall to be selected for adjustment. |
Adjustment date |
Enter the date on which that the adjusted transactions will be recorded. |
Project type |
Select the check boxes for the project types that you want to adjust transactions for, such as Time and material or Fixed-price. |
Transaction status |
Select the check box for each transaction status that you want to adjust transactions for, such as Posted or Invoiced. Note The status options that appear in this area controlled by settings in the Allow adjustment of transaction status group on the General tab in the Project parameters form. |
Line property |
Select the check box for each type of line property that you want transactions to be adjusted for. This option applies to time and material projects only. |
