In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, users can use the Telemarketing feature to create call lists that are based on table queries. Call lists can also be created from Marketing Automation.

No. The Telemarketing feature remains in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 but will be removed in a future version of the product. In the next version, telemarketing records will be merged with call lists, and the call list functionality will be moved to the Marketing Automation license. |
