HcmPositionForecastScenario::getBudgetPurposeTypeRange Method

Gets the start and end date to be used as a range for budget purpose type filter.

  The Activation date of position forecast.

• _positionForecastEndDate
  Type: ValidToDate Extended Data Type
  The Retirement date of position forecast.

  Type: ValidFromDate Extended Data Type
  The budget process cycle start date.

• _budgetCycleEndDate
  Type: ValidToDate Extended Data Type
  The budget process cycle end date.

Returns the container containing the range start and end date.
