(NLD) Create, send, and import the ICP tax declaration electronically

Use the Electronic ICP declaration form to create and submit an electronic tax declaration payment, and then send the .xml file to the Dutch tax authority on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis. You can also use this form to import .xml files that include information from the Dutch tax authority.

  1. Click General ledger > Periodic > Sales tax payments > Netherlands > Electronic ICP declaration.

  2. Click New to open the Create electronic ICP declarations form.

  3. In the Declaration type field, select the declaration type from the following options:

    • Not selected

    • Monthly

    • Bimonthly

    • Quarterly

    Note

    The starting and ending dates of the settlement period are displayed in the From date and To date fields based on the declaration type selected in the Declaration type field. You can modify the starting date of the settlement period in the From date field. The ending date is updated in the To date field.

  4. Click OK.

  5. In the Electronic ICP declaration form, click Reporting to transmit the tax declaration payment.

  6. Select the Send electronically check box to send the tax declaration electronically.

  7. Enter the location to save the .xml file, and then enter the user name, password, and PIN code that you received from the tax authority.

  8. Click Import XML to import the information that you received from the Dutch tax authority.

  9. Close the form to save your changes.
