The Shop supervisor role center enables supervisors to monitor worker attendance and progress on production orders during the workday.

Note

Access to your role center requires that the shop supervisor role is enabled, and that you are assigned to the role. For more information, see Enterprise Portal and Role Centers.

The Shop supervisor role center displays a pie chart graphical overview of worker attendance. There are the following categories:

  • Present

  • Absent

  • Not accounted for

In the Cues section of the Shop supervisor role center, a graphical overview of orders and items connected to your Production unit displays:

  • Planned orders

  • Scheduled items

  • Started items
