Purchase requisition totals (form)

Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Purchase requisitions > Purchase requisitions prepared by me. On the Purchase requisitions prepared by me list page, select a purchase requisition, and then click the Totals button.
Use this form to view the total expenditures for the selected purchase requisition. If the purchase requisition line amounts are modified, the totals are updated when you refresh the Totals form.
Note
In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, you can view totals only for requisitions for which the purpose is consumption. When the requisition purpose is replenishment, demand is expressed by quantity instead of a monetary amount, and therefore, totals cannot be calculated. Navigating the form
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
Fields
Field |
Description |

Number of lines |
The number of lines on the purchase requisition. |
Line discount |
The total discount amount that is applied to the purchase requisition lines. |
Subtotal amount |
The total amount of all the lines on the purchase requisition, minus the line discount amount. |
Charges |
The sum of the additional charges that have been added to the cost of the products on the purchase requisition lines. |
Sales tax |
The sales tax that is calculated on the purchase requisition. |
Round-off |
The sum of the round-off amounts for the purchase requisition lines. Round-off amounts are created when the currency for the purchase requisition line is converted to the accounting currency of the buying legal entity. |
Total amount |
The total amount of the purchase requisition, which includes sales tax and additional charges, in the currency that is selected on this form. Note Total/multiline discount and header charges are not calculated on purchase requisitions. |
