Request for customer retained amount (form)

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > Project contracts. Select or open a project contract, and then, on the Action Pane, on the Maintain tab, in the Bill section, click Request retained amount.
Use this form to view amounts that a customer has retained and to create an invoice for a retained amount. You can also review the total amount that is retained by each funding source.
Note
If you are using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, this form is available only if the Project Management and Accounting Add-in is installed.

Open the Invoice proposals form, where you can create an invoice proposal for the selected retained amount. You can create a separate invoice proposal for each funding source. |

The project for which to release retained amounts. |
Sales currency |
The currency that is used in the customer invoice. |
Customer retained amount |
The current total amount retained from invoices by the selected customer. |
Retained amount requested |
The total retained amount selected. This field is automatically updated when you select a transaction on the Project invoices FastTab. |
Invoice |
The customer invoice in which an amount was retained. |
Retained amount |
The amount that was retained in the selected invoice. |
