Update replacement costs and insured values (form)

Click Fixed assets > Periodic > Update replacement costs and insured values.

Use this form to update the replacement costs and insured values for fixed assets, according to the values specified for the fixed asset groups. For more information, see About recalculating replacement costs and insured values for fixed asset groups.

Note

You can change the values in the Insured value and Replacement cost fields in the Fixed assets form to update these values for individual fixed assets.

Fixed asset number

The fixed assets to update, based on the query selections.

Fixed asset group

The fixed asset groups to update, based on the query selections.

Last periodic value/cost update

The date criteria that determines which assets are updated, based on the query selections. By default, the periodic update recalculates replacement costs and insured values for assets that have not been updated on the current day, but that might have been updated on previous days. The date criteria that you specify is compared with the date in the Last periodic value/cost update field in the Fixed assets form.
