Maintain benefit versions (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Human resources > Common > Benefits > Benefits. Select a benefit and then click Maintain versions.

Use this form to enter enrollment periods for a benefit, or to modify or remove existing versions that have not been used yet.

If Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is installed, you can also use this form to maintain benefit rates and other payroll information that is related to the benefit. To update the benefit rates for the workers who are enrolled in the benefit, see Worker payroll tasks.

Note

This form is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3 is installed.

Add a new enrollment period to the benefit.

Remove

Remove an enrollment period from the benefit.

Fields

If Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX is installed, additional fields may be available. For more information about the fields, see Benefits (form) or Maintain benefits (form).

Enrollment start

Enter the first day that a benefit is available to a worker.

Enrollment end

Enter the last day that a benefit is available to a worker.
