Approve a formula version in Formula designer

Use this procedure to approve an existing formula version in Formula designer.
Click Product information management > Common > Released products.
Select the product for which you want to approve a formula version.
On the Action Pane, on the Engineer tab, in the Formula group, click Designer. The Formula designer form is displayed.
Click Edit formula version.
Select the formula version to approve.
Click Approve.
From the Approved by list, select the worker who is approving the formula.
Click OK.
