Associate contact information with a contact

You can associate existing contact information for a person or organization party record with the contact for the party. Information that you can associate with the contact includes telephone numbers, email addresses, and URLs. For example, if Palle Petersen is the contact for Fabrikam Denmark, you can select existing contact records for Fabrikam Denmark and associate those records with Palle Petersen.
Click Sales on the top link bar, and then click Contacts on the Quick Launch.
Select the contact with which you want to associate existing contact information, and then on the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Edit.
On the Contact information FastTab, click Select other.
On the Associate contact information page, select the contact records that you want to associate with the selected contact.
Click Associate.
