(ITA) Withholding tax - monthly report (TaxWithholdMonthlyReport_IT) [AX 2012]

The Withholding tax - monthly report is used to print the Italian monthly withholding tax report in the payment currency and is sorted by vendor account and withholding tax code. This report is used to inquire into the status of sales tax transactions. This report is typically used by collections managers, accounts receivable clerks, accounts receivable managers, accountants, accounting managers, accounting supervisors, sales clerks, sales managers, and accounts payable clerks.


(ITA) This report is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Italy.

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.




Enter the starting payment date.


Enter the ending payment date.


Select this check box to print transaction details. Clear this check box to print only the totals by reason code.

Withholding tax code

The identification of the withholding tax code for the transaction.


Displays Yes to indicate that the transaction has been posted. This field is blank if the transaction has not been posted.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
