Use this form to set up parameters for Product information management.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Link	Description
Constraint-Based product configuration models	Set up parameters for the constraint-based product configuration models.
Number sequences	Select the number sequences that are relevant for your tasks.

Fields	Description
Item lookup method	Set up an item lookup method: Default – Display Product configuration models on a list together with other items that are available when you select an item on a sales order line. Configurable – Display Product configuration models on a separate tab when you select an item on a sales order line.
Configuration documentation type	Select a code for identification of document types such as correction reports or nonconformance tags.
Default configuration ID	The initial name of the configuration for product variants that, as a standard, are released together with constraint-based product masters.
Default currency	The default currency for a price configuration model. You must specify a default currency, if you want to set up a price model for a product configuration model.
Use cache for configuration	Use a cache to reduce the amount of time it takes to launch the Product configuration models form.
Attach	From a sales order line you can attach a sales price break down that is created for a product configuration model. Select this check box to choose a format for the sales price break down. For more information, see Maintain sales prices for product configuration models.
Document type	The format of the sales price break down.
