Generate and print a report that displays the daily total debit and credit amounts for each ledger account. The report also displays the number of vouchers that are processed each day.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Field

Description

From account

Select the first account in the list of ledger accounts to include on the report.

To account

Select the last account in the list of ledger accounts to include on the report.

Transactions

Select the transaction type to include on the report.

Date

Select the date for the report calculation.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
