(IND) Service event group (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Click Service management > Setup > Service agreements > Service event group.
You can create and manage service event groups for continuous service agreements. A continuous service agreement extends for a period that exceeds three months. You can then attach the service event groups to service agreements.

Enter the service milestones for the service event group. |

Enter a brief description for the event. |
Due date |
Specify the ending date for each event. This due date determines the date on which the currency exchange rates and service tax rates are calculated for a service order associated with the event. |
