Pay statement benefit amounts (form)

Click Payroll > Inquiries > Pay statement benefit amounts.
Use this form to view payroll pay statement amounts related to benefits. You can export the data to Microsoft Excel to analyze the data or to create custom reports.

Worker Personnel number |
To view amounts for a specific worker, press CTRL+G, click in the Worker filter field, type a first name followed by an asterisk, and press Enter. For example, enter diane*. For more information, see Možnosti pokročilého filtrování a dotazů. |
Pay statement |
The pay statement that the benefit amount was included in. |
Pay cycle |
The pay cycle that includes the pay period that the pay statement covers. |
Pay period |
The pay period that the pay statement covers. |
Date |
The date of the pay statement. |
Benefit Description |
The benefit that is covered by the pay statement line. |
Amount |
The amount on the pay statement line is an employer contribution if the Employer contribution check box is selected. It is a payroll deduction if the Employer contribution is clear. |
Base earning amount Base earning hours |
The total hours and amount from the base time part of the applicable earnings on the pay statement. |
Premium earning amount Premium earning hours |
The total hours and amount from the premium time part of the applicable earnings on the pay statement. |
Employer contribution |
If this check box is selected, the Amount is an employer contribution. If this check box is clear, the Amount is a payroll deduction. |
Position |
The position that allows the worker to receive the benefit. |
Pay statement line source |
The document or process that the pay statement benefit line originated from. It is usually a worker enrolled benefit. |
Vendor invoice |
The identifier of the accounts payable invoice that includes the amount owed to the vendor for this benefit. |
