Click Retail > Setup > Category hierarchies > Retail product hierarchy.

Before you can access the Retail product hierarchy form by using this path, you must set up a retail product hierarchy by using the Category hierarchy form. Click Product information management > Setup > Categories > Category hierarchies.
Use this form to define a category hierarchy for your organization. This category hierarchy can be used for multiple purposes, such as product merchandising and reporting.
