(RUS) Customs counteragents (form)

Click Inventory management > Setup > Custom payments > Customs counteragents.

Use this form to set up customs counteragents. A customs counteragent is an entity or an organization, such as a customs broker or a customs authority, that provides customs services.

Setup

Open a menu that contains the following items:

  • Indicative prices – Open the Indicative prices of TN VED form, where you can set up indicative prices, or estimated prices, that are defined by the customs authorities for items that have a Commodities Classification Code of the Foreign Economic Activity (TN VED) code.

  • Item relation with TN VED – Open the Item relation with TN VED form, where you can assign an item to a TN VED code.

Counteragent account

Select the counteragent account number.

Counteragent type

Select the type of counteragent as Custom authority or Custom broker.

Description

Enter a brief description of the customs office code.

Customs office code

Enter the identification code of the customs office.

Bemærk

The customs office code must contain eight characters.

Posting profile

Select the posting profile that is used to calculate customs payments.

Acquit method

Select the acquit method for customs services that are provided. The acquit method that you select determines the entity that provides customs services when the customs clearance is processed by the customs broker. Select one of the following options:

  • Broker – The customs broker is the vendor of customs services.

  • Customs – The customs authority is the vendor of customs services.

  • Broker or customs – The customs broker or customs authority is the vendor of customs services.

This field is only available when you select Custom broker in the Counteragent type field.
