Adding and Managing Security Groups and Distribution Lists
You can use security and distribution groups to manage permissions and the sharing of information on a Windows SBS network.
- The Group Policy Management Console provides a single user interface that you can use to manage Group Policy across the network. For more information, see Group Policy Management.
- You can create new groups, remove existing groups, and modify group properties by using Server Management. For more information, see Managing group accounts.
- You can use the Manage Distribution Groups taskpad to add and remove distribution groups and to modify the properties of existing groups. For more information, see Manage Distribution Lists.
