Find Queues

Use this procedure to find Message Queuing queues.

You can use this procedure to find Message Queuing queues.

Membership in <Domain>\Domain Users, or equivalent, is the minimum required to complete this procedure.

To find Message Queuing queues

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers.

  2. On the View menu, click Users, Groups, and Computers as containers, and then click Advanced Features.

  3. In the console tree, right-click any folder or object shown.

  4. Click Find.

  5. In Find, click the arrow that opens the list, and then click Message QueuingQueue.

  6. On the Find Message Queuing Queue page, in Label or Type ID, type the appropriate queue information, and then click Find Now.

Additional considerations

  • If you leave Label and Type ID empty, a list of all queues will be displayed. If you enter information in both Label and Type ID, only those queues that satisfy both criteria will be displayed.
