The Routing and Remote Access service (RRAS) design process begins performing several important tasks:

• Identifying Your Routing and Remote Access Deployment Goals

• Mapping Your Deployment Goals to a Routing and Remote Access Design

• Evaluating Routing and Remote Access Design Examples

After you identify your deployment goals, and map them to an RRAS design, you can begin documenting the design. After a design is selected and documented, you can begin to deploy it by using the procedures found in the Routing and Remote Access Deployment Guide.
